Device Advice: iOS update 7.0.6.

Apple has issued iOS update 7.0.6 for your iPhone, iPod and iPad. This update provides a fix for SSL connection verification.

You would have seen this notification on your device


or the red notification badge on your Settings app to alert you to this update.



If you have not updated right away, you will see this alert when you connect your device to iTunes:



You can update iOS in iTunes or from your device.  Go to Settings > General > Software Update:


It's good to update your iOS for security reasons, bug fixes and of course to take advantage of new features and functions from the iOS itself and the apps that are developed for major updates.
